AHR is focused on the acquisition, leasing and management of single family properties for rental income and long term capital appreciation. We generate our revenue by leasing our portfolio of single family properties and, from this revenue, expect to pay the operating costs associated with our business and any distributions to our investors. Our principal objective is to generate attractive risk adjusted returns for our investors over the long term, primarily through dividends and secondarily through capital appreciation. We seek to acquire quality properties to enable us to maintain excellent tenants and provide sustainable yields to our shareholders. We seek to establish a reputation as a good landlord to our tenants/customers and a good neighbor in the communities where we operate. We feel that if we can achieve this we will be able to provide solid returns for our investors. We believe that we can achieve economies of scale in our niche market and become market leaders as we seek to differentiate our REIT by acquiring income generating properties that are already renovated and tenanted.
